Scores feared dead after explosive blows up matatu in Mandera

Several people are feared dead after a matatu they were traveling in ran over an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Mandera on Monday morning.
The passenger vehicle was traveling along the Arabia-Mandera highway.
Victims were rushed to Mandera County Referral Hospital.
