A picture of a US Congressman appearing upside down after accidentally using a filter during a virtual meeting has gone viral.

ICYMI, recently a US lawyer went viral on social media for using a cat filter during a court proceeding on a zoom call. During the meeting, as the judge pointed out to the lawyer that he was using a filter, he clarified that he was truly present at the meeting by saying, “I’m not a cat.” The whole incident had sparked a meme fest.

A similar gaffe was repeated recently when a Minnesota Republican Representative, Tom Emmer found himself switching on a filter on Zoom and getting stuck on it. Emmer shared a screengrab of the incident on Twitter that is now making netizens giggle.

Sharing the tweet, Emmer wrote, “I am not a cat (sic).”

The image shared by the Congressman shows his face in an inverted way. During a virtual House Financial Services Committee meeting, Tom Emmer’s video was stuck upside down while he addressed the committee.

In the video, Emmer can also be heard saying, “I don’t know how to fix this.” To which a woman replied, “At least he is not a cat.”
