Deadline Day Transfer: Man United Set To Exit Trio In Final Attempt To Land Star Defender

Man United are reportedly expected to let go of three stars in final push to land a new target as January Transfer Window nears end
Man United defensive concerns have pushed them into deciding for a final day push with the January transfer window just hours from closing.
United shared points with Arsenal on Saturday with the side almost losing to Gunners following woodwork hit by a fine Alexander Lacazette’s freekick.
Having long been on Upamecano’s radar, Man United are finally turning their attention to Sevilla’s Jules Koundé.

According to speculations, Jules Koundé is more obtainable than Upamecano with Leipzig still yet to decide on letting him leave Red Bull Arena.
The French man will cost United around £60m and Ed Woodward has reportedly told Ole Solskjaer is better to clear the deadwoods before landing Koundé.
Players on the black book are Marcus Rojo, Sergio Romero and Phil Jones.
Marcus Rojo is set to depart United today should things go as planned after seeing himself fizzled out of the club’s Premier League and Champions League list.

Rojo lost game time under Ole Solskjaer and a move to Spanish La Liga’s Alaves looks more likely now as he aims to reignite career.
Argentine Sergio Romero is also set to return to Argentina after losing spot under Ole Solskjaer.
Only Phil Jones could remain at Old Trafford among the trio after having not accrued interest from any club.
